Scott Pralinksy
Chief Operating Officer
Chief Operating Officer, Scott Pralinsky brings a dynamic blend of leadership, innovation, and hands-on experience across multiple sectors, including nonprofit management, technology, and developmental disabilities. His career began in the U.S. Air Force, later transitioning to roles in Boston and New York, where he led initiatives in youth mentorship and gang intervention. In 2003, he founded the Casa Milagro Foundation in Costa Rica, focusing on community aid and child protection. With over 14 years of nonprofit leadership, Scott has since led autism and disability organizations, including Echoing Hope Ranch (AZ), Teva Community (AZ), and Grow Associates (MA). In addition, Scott remains active in community service as Vice President of the Rotary Club of Braintree and President of the Kusala Institute.
