Chief Advancement Officer Paula McLaughlin has worked in the field of development and public relations for over 30 years. In her current role as the Director of Community Engagement at Hale Reservation in Westwood, MA she works to gain support for the organization through relationship building with donors, volunteers, sponsors, and community leaders. She is also a member of the Board of Directors of Needham Bank. Paula serves as an advisor to the Boston Theater Company and helps organize an annual toy drive for Boston children affected by homicide and violence. In the past she has served in numerous volunteer roles through the Westwood community and is particularly proud of her role in helping to found the Westwood Community Chest. She and her husband Paul live in Westwood and have three children and two grandsons. In addition to being an avid sports fan, Paula enjoys traveling, listening to music, and playing trivia.
