Chief Program Officer Kelly Tallman has worked in Human Services for 15 years, starting in direct care, and before coming to HOPe, she was the Vice President of Operations at a large nonprofit. Working on procedures, detailing the finer points of operations, and problem-solving are things she enjoys and has done for years across various settings. She has also been engaged in training, quality, and project management for years, especially during the pandemic, which created opportunities and experience with novel situations.
