Care Coordinator, Case Manager Felicia Jackson is known for her stellar rapport with staff, members, and families. An ever present motivator, she encourages members to work towards their goals, to try new things, and to be as independent as possible. She started working in the Hospitality industry and did so for 10 years. She moved on to Healthcare, including holding roles in nursing homes, assisted living, and now adult day programs, which is where she has been for the past 24 years. The hospitality industry taught her customer service skills and how to troubleshoot while her time in healthcare has taught her interpersonal and organizational skills. She has brought those experiences with her and has been able to apply them when working with our members and families at HOPe.  Inspired by our loving and kind members, Felicia strives to be a better person.
