Erin Lynch

Gift Officer & Communications Manager

Gift Officer and Communications Manager, Erin Lynch has been an integral part of HOPe since 2021. Starting as an administrative intern, she has taken on various roles, including Community Resources Specialist and Director of CCAP Boston, before transitioning into her current position.

Erin's strengths lie in building meaningful connections with partners, members, and families. As a passionate advocate for friendship and inclusion, she collaborates with the Arc of Massachusetts through their Pathways to Friendship program. She actively promotes friendships between individuals with and without disabilities, fostering connections across various programs and groups.

I absolutely love working for House of Possibilities and how HOPe focuses everything they do on the individuals.
