Aileen Zec is a longtime leader with North Easton Savings Bank (formerly Mutual Bank), and has served as Chief Financial Officer and now Chief Operations officer during her 16 years with the Bank. Her earlier experience includes Healy & Healy, CPAs in Easton, as an auditor specializing in financial institutions, and Bridgewater Savings Bank as Controller.  A graduate of Simmons College, Aileen earned her master’s in finance from New England College of Business and attended the ABA Wharton CEO Leadership Lab at the University of Pennsylvania. She is passionate about assisting the HOPe mission to support adults and children with disabilities and their families. Outside of work, Aileen lives in Duxbury with her husband and two children. She enjoys jogging, yoga, golf, the beach, and spending time with family and friends.
